The space itself

The way we are living is unsustainable - for the planet, the climate, and all species. Most humans have become dependent upon the industries, infrastructure, and companies which ensure that we keep feeding the machine that is destroying everything we care about. A machine that was built to maximize extraction and centralize profit and power in a few greedy hands, while it becomes harder and harder for the rest of us to even survive, much less thrive.

Even mission-driven groups and leaders so often choose gathering spaces that undermine the change they seek to manifest in the world. While attempting to dismantle structural inequities, they hold their retreats, trainings and events in venues that funnel their money back into the exact systems they are trying to liberate people from!

The SPACE ITSELF is just as important as what happens in the space.

Our vision is to create a high vibrational, earth-focused living, gathering, and learning space that embodies and reflects the evolution we want to see blossoming in our society. A space that is building toward greater liberation from the many destructive systems we currently rely on. A space that emanates balance, beauty, collaboration, possibility, tranquility…

This space will nurture those who seek to live in alignment with this way of being, and serve as a hub to share our unique gifts and talents. It will be a supportive oasis that incubates creativity, connection, rest, discovery, and transformation.

We are currently narrowing in on the location where this transformative space will be created (in Northern California). Once it is secured we will begin building the infrastructure to allow us to host workshops, retreats, events, and transformational gatherings of all kinds.

First phase vision: A central community building with a kitchen, showers, bunk room, gathering space; 2-3 small earthen homes; a large gathering space; outdoor kitchen and bathrooms, and several “glamping” structures.

The full vision is for this to be a robust healing, learning, and retreat center that is folded into the natural ecosystem. Our north star will be to embody and model what is possible for living in harmony with the planet and with each other. It will be a community of continuous learning and cooperative living and giving.

Our aim is to have lodging for at least 40 people, a full time chef who will prepare plant-based meals, several permanent residents/staff and volunteer programs.

Our energy and resources will be as sustainable and off-grid as possible. A vegan permaculture farm will produce much of our own food.

This will be a beautiful, peaceful, and inspirational place for those seeking to unplug, connect with nature, plan, learn, ideate, rest, and gather to dream up all that is possible.
